Yes, great communications, updates at every step. Requested a couple small changes which they greatly accommodated. Arrived sooner than estimated and looked exactly like the photos. I opted for a removable vagina, which is about as fiddly as I imagined it would be, and may not be what I prefer over a fixed vagina, but this is a learning experience, and I’m still very happy with her. Would definitely order dolls from this site again.
