Yes, love this company! They are always there to help. This is the most I’ve spent on a doll but it is the best doll I’ve ever brought. Exactly what I needed 10/10! I wish I didn’t buy anything from Amazon. Specifically, once I figured out how to get her in cowgirl position, I was in heaven!
